Throughout the whole process medcertify counselors were there to help me in every step of the way. They always answered my questions, even when I thought they were unimportant questions. They were really helpful and friendly.
The moment I was most proud of was when I passed the exam because it made me feel accomplished. It was not easy to finish the course and study for the exam because we had to move to a new base and during that caos of moving, I’m thankful that the counselors were able to help me out and encourage me and by doing so they gave me the push to finish and get certified.
