During the program students will get a full understanding of what it takes to become a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Students will start with an overall introduction to Lean and Six Sigma. Students will also learn about the project selection process, the role of change management, and the various phases of Lean Six Sigma. They will then move onto define phase basics, fundamentals and project chartering. And wrap up with an in-depth review and understanding of the measure phase.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam™ is a 150 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 4 hour allotted time. Some forms of this exam may also include up to an additional 15 non-graded questions.
